巧用“校核”计算解决SW6中的一些问题

摘　　要：在SW6软件中,使用“校核”方法可以对“设计”方法下无法进行的设计模型进行设计计算。本文介绍了一些这方面的使用方法。SW6, which was built by Technical Center of Process Equipment Design, is one software for the strength calculation of process equipment. The software has been applied in the design of pressure vessels and process equipment widely and welcomed by it' s user, including design, fabrication and other units in the fields of chemical and petrochemical industry. By use of SW6, the design or strength checking of the process equipment can be canied out conveniently and fast, especially in the situation that repeat calculation is needed.When the checking function provided in SW6 is used, some problems which are met sometimes in design way of SW6 can be solved. This function facilitate the design of process equipment.
