摘　　要：从改善生态环境、提高社会效益等方面分析了新建铁路洛湛线永州—玉林段绿化工程优化的必要性,剖析了绿化工程中存在的问题,提出科学组织、精心管理,确保工程质量和施工进度;适地适树,科学选择绿化防护树种;优选绿化生态防护方案,满足不同路堤的生态防护要求;合理组织绿化施工程序,保证施工进度;及时沟通协调,确保绿化工作顺利开展;加强宣传教育,巩固绿化成果等对策。This paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems for optimizing the afforestation and landscape project between the Yongzhon-Yulin section of the new Luoyang-Zhanjiang railway line from aspects of improving ecological environment and social efficiency. It was put forward that the landscape project should be organized and managed scientifically to make sure its quality and progress, greening and shelter tree species should he chosen to match with the site, enviromerit ecological protection plan should be selected to meet the different requirements of ecological protection for embankment, construction procedure of landscape project should be organized reasonably to make sure its progress, communication and coordination should be timely to ensure the afforested working progress successful, propaganda and education about the landscape project should be strengthened to consolidate the greening achievement.
