摘  要:以丙烯酸酯单体、官能单体、引发剂和阻燃剂等为原料制备了阻燃丙烯酸酯类涂层胶粘剂。讨论了单体、引发剂、溶剂和阻燃剂等对产品的成膜性、柔韧性、耐水洗性、耐磨损性和耐刻划性等性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃丙烯酸酯类涂层胶粘剂中各成分的最佳配比为w(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)=8%~12%,w(丙烯酸乙酯)=20%~28%,w(丙烯酸丁酯)=60%~72%,w(顺丁烯二酸)=4%,w(偶氮二异丁腈)=0.18%,w(阻燃剂)=27.2%(相对于阻燃涂层胶粘剂而言)。With acrylate monomer, functional monomer, initiator and flame retardant as raw materials, a flameretarding polyaerylate coating adhesive was prepared. The influences of monomer, initiator, solvent and flame retardant on the product performance which include film forming ability, flexible, washing durability, abrasion resistance and scrape resistance were discussed. The results showed that the optimum ratio of various components was obtained when mass fraction of methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, maleic acid, azo-bis-isobutyronitrile were 8%-12%, 20%-28%, 60%-72%, 4% and 0.18% respectively, mass fraction of flame retardant was 27.2% in flameretarding polyacrylate coating adhesive.
