摘　　要：目的采用C型套管针辅助胸腔内置入细胃管治疗结核性胸腔积液,并与胸腔穿刺术治疗结核性胸腔积液方法对比,评价其疗效和安全性。方法68例结核性胸腔积液患者随机分为:试验组(n=34)采用C型套管针辅助胸腔内置入细胃管治疗结核性胸腔积液;对照组(n=34)采用常规胸穿术治疗结核性胸腔积液。结果试验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,97.0%vs 73.5%(P<0.01);试验组各种并发症均少于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01);试验组胸水消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,胸水消失时间(7.6±4.9)天vs(19.2±7.2)天,住院时间(13.2±6.4)天vs(23.6±4.8)天(P<0.05,<0.01)。结论与常规胸穿术比较,C型套管针辅助胸腔内置入细胃管治疗结核性胸腔积液方法更加简单、安全、有效。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the application of C-type trochar assisted drainage with thin stomach tube in treating tuberculous pleural effusion. Methods Sixty-eight patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were divided randomly into test group（ n = 34） ：implanting thin stomach tube guided by C-type trochar and control group（ n = 34） ：using conventional thoracentesis to treat tuberculous pleural effusion. Results The curative and effective rate of test group was significantly higher than that of control group, 97.0% vs 73.5 （ P 〈0.01 ）. The complications of test group were less than those of control group（ P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. The times of pleural effusion disapearing and hospital stay of test group were significantly shorter than those of control group, （7.6 ± 4.9） d vs （19. 2±7. 2） d,（13.2±6.4） d vs （23.6±4.8） d（P〈0. 05 or 〈0.01）. Conclusion Compared with conventional thoracentesis,implanting thin stomach tube into thorax guided by C-type trochar is simpler,more effective and safer.
