摘　　要：通过一个实例,说明一项任务如何按其对象、特性、目标和达到目标的技术手段进行分解和分类,并给出解决问题的管理策略和途径的选择。This paper is to describe, through an example, how to make disintegration and/or classification of a project task to achieve its objective, with respect to its goals, characteristics, objectives and relevant technical means. Finally, both the strategy of management and the selection of avenues to solve the said problems are presented.
