摘 要:对La掺杂钨酸铅(PbWO4)晶体从其头部(靠近晶种)到尾部逐点测量了透射谱及辐照诱导色心吸收谱,实验结果清楚地证实了La掺杂改善PbWO4晶体辐照硬度的作用。根据晶体生长的分凝理论对晶体中La的分布浓度进行了计算,得到了晶体350nm处光透过率与La分布浓度的关系曲线,它可以作为选择最佳掺La浓度的依据。此外,对实验数据的进一步分析揭示了晶体固有色心吸收带与辐照诱导色心吸收带之间的对应关系,为深入探讨PbWO4晶体的辐照损伤机制提供了实验依据。he optical transmission and irradiation induced absorption spectra have been measured step by step from the top to the bottom of La3+∶PbWO4 crystals,experiment results proved that La doping can effectively improve the radiation hardness of PWO crystals.Based on the segregation theory of crystal growth,the La ions distribution concentration has been calculated,and the correlation curve of the transmission at 350 nm and La concentration has been gotten.It may provide some useful information for selecting most appropriate La doping concentration in the growing process.Moreover,the corresponding relation between intrinsic and radiation induced absorption bands observed in the experiments has provided experimental foundation for deeper understanding of the radiation damage mechanism of PbWO4 crystals.
