摘　　要：介绍人造水晶温度控制系统。并就系统的总体构成、硬件结构、控制算法、控制软件、控制效果作全面分析。In this paper,a temperature control system of growing synthetic guartz crystal is introduced.The totaling construct,structure of hardware,calculat method of controling,software of controling and effect of controling are analysed.
