摘　　要：在研究卷烟包装设备B1电控系统设计原理和方法的基础上,给出卷烟包装设备B1电控系统改造设计方案。该改造设计是以S7-300为控制核心单元,扩展INTERBUS现场总线,外挂工控机、输入输出模块,采用WinCC组态软件作为上位机的开发和运行程序。该设计方案具有良好的开放性、可扩展性及高性能、低成本等特点,因此具有广泛的应用前景。On this basis of the design principle and methods of cigarette paeking equipment B1 electrically controlled system,the redesign and the transformation plan of the cigarette packing equipment B1 electrically controlled system is presented. The redesign system uses S7-300 as the core control unit,expands the INTERBUS field bus for the external industrial personal computer and input/output module,and uses the WinCC configuration software as the superior machine .This redesign solution has good openness, extendibility and high performance,low cost,so it has a very good promoted prospect.
