摘 要:随着养殖业的迅速发展、饲养方式的改变,畜禽粪尿养分的循环和处理成为人们日益关注的问题。利用统计资料和文献数据,结合国内外研究,估算了江西省畜禽粪尿产生量及其排出的氮磷养分、CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N总量和单位耕地承载量。结果表明:2006年江西省畜禽粪尿耕地承载量为49.19 t/hm2、单位耕地粪尿N承载量为278.77 kg/hm2、单位耕地粪尿P承载量为78.63 kg/hm2。畜禽粪尿CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N总量分别为271.54、235.54、25.69万t。耕地畜禽粪尿承载量在空间上分布极不平衡,承载量大的主要分布在赣州、萍乡、新余3地区。There is an increasing concern about the environmental consequences of animal production with the changing of the feeding mode in China. A major concern is about proper disposal and recycle of the nutrients from animal manure. The production of animal manure, the amounts of nitrogen, phosphoreus, CODcr, BOD5 and NH3 -N of the manure in Jiangxi Province were analyzed based on the statistical data and literatures. The results indicated that the mean amounts of animal manure, N, P produced were equivalent to 49. 19 t, 278.77 kg, 78.63 kg/hm^2 of farm land, respectively in 2006. The amounts of CODcr ,BOD5, NH3 - N in animal manure were 2.72, 2.36, 0. 26 million tons, respectively. The production was very spatially uneven, suggesting that some areas, such as Ganzhou, Pingxiang and Xinyu, received much higher doses than the mean amounts.
