摘  要:稻瘟病是危害水稻生产的一个主要病害,了解稻瘟病菌孢子生活史中的影响因素,监测稻瘟病菌的时空分布动态,对于预测预报病情的发生,确定最佳的防治时机和指导田间防治有重要的意义。本研究对稻瘟病菌空中孢子量进行了监测,并分析孢子量与气象因子的关系。结果表明,孢子数量与温度呈正相关,相关系数为0.2941;与降雨量呈负相关,相关系数为0.2281;与空气相对湿度呈正相关,相关系数为0.4492;与风速呈负相关,相关系数为0.2075。The rice blast which cuased by Pyricularia oryzae important meaning to know which factors affect the Pyricularia Cavara is a serious disease in the rice production. It has an oryzoe Cavara spore in the life cycle and how to monitor the spatial and temporal dynamics of spore,so we can predict and forecast the disease occurrence and decide the suitable time to spray pesticide,and instruct the strategy of prevention and cure in fields. In the present study, the authors monitored the amount of Pyricularia oryzae Cavara spore in air,and analyzed the relationship between amount of spore and meteorological factors. Results showed that it was positive correlation between amount of spore and temperature,and between amount of spore and air relative humidity,and it was negative correlation between amount of spore and rainfall ,and between amount of spore and wind speed.Their correlation coefficient were 0.294 1,0.449 2,0.228 1 and 0.207 5 respectively.
