延龄草濒危机理及其保护策略

摘　　要：延龄草(Trillium tschonoshii Maxim)属百合科植物,是珍贵中药材,属于国家医药管理局管理的二类药材;是珍稀濒危物种,属国家三级重点保护野生植物。以浙江省西天目山、清凉峰的延龄草种群为样本,发现导致该物种濒危的原因主要有:①小种群;②生境要求高,生态位狭小;③光合作用能力弱;④根系不发达;⑤遗传多样性较低;⑥种子结子率低等。此外还讨论了延龄草的保护策略。Trillium tschonoshii with important medicine values belonged to Liliaceae family and was the second class of the medicinal herbs administered by National Medical Administrative Bureau and a rare endangered species listed in the national protecting objects （Grade 3）. According to the Trillium tschonoshii from west Tianmu moutain and Qingliang apex, the main endangered reasons were： ① small population; ②limited niche; ③weak abilities in photosynthesis; ④simple root system;⑤ low degree of genetic diversity; ⑥low set rate of seed. The protection measures were discussed.
