从爱心救助谈公立医院的公益性

摘　　要：公立医院必须坚持公益性办医方向。通过医院开展95例先天性心脏病患儿的救助活动,提出公立医院应实实在在为群众办实事,而不是开展应付任务式的惠民活动,应量力而行,通过公益性活动提升自我形象,承担社会责任。进而提出爱心救助应当成为政府的一项长效机制。Public hospitals must adhere to the direction of public good. In the activity of loving care for childhood congenital heart disease （CCHD） , 97 children with CCHD from poor families have been treated free of charge in the authors＇hospital. It shows that public hospitals should do their best to do practical and realistic good things to benefit the people. The public hospitals will improve their image in the public and show their responsibility for the public good through such charity activities. The authors also suggest that the loving care activities should be carried out as a regular mechanism by the government.
