摘　　要：应急物流已经成为我国经济持续健康快速发展的重要保障力量,在科学发展、构建和谐社会的政策引导下,应急物流建设的必要性和紧迫性随之凸显。为了研究如何加强我国应急物流建设,从应急物流的概念及特性出发,阐述了应急物流的重要性,并对我国应急物流的现状和不足进行分析,提出应从建立科学规范的应急物流保障机制和建立高效的应急物流运行机制两方面来加强应急物流建设。Emergency logistics has become vital guarantee forces for the sustained, healthy and rapid development of domestic economy. In the guidance of scientific development and building a harmony society, the necessity and significance of emergency logistics construction are consequently highlighted. From the perspective of the conception and characteristics of emergency logistics, the importance of emergency logistics is illustrated, and its present situation and weakness are analyzed, on this basis, the guarantee mechanism and operation mechanism are proposed to strengthen the construction of emergency logistics in this paper.
