摘　　要：介绍了混合装配线排序问题的意义,论述了排序问题与决策问题间的关系,重点研究TOPSIS方法在多目标决策问题中的应用,该方法原理清晰,计算方便,克服了其他方法客观性差、假设条件多等缺点,为最优排产顺序的选择,提供了一种比较有效的方法。The paper briefly introduces the significance of the mix-assembly line sequencing problem and discusses the relationship between decision-making problem and sequencing problem. The paper focuses on the application of the TOPSIS in the multi-objective decision-making problem. The TOPSIS is clear in principle and simple in calculation, at the same time, it can overcome the defaults of other methods, such as poor objectivity and too many assumption conditions, so it is a rather effective method for the select of the optimal mix-assembly line sequencing.
