摘　　要：阐述了精益物流的概念及其特征,分析了精益物流在工程项目物资管理中实施的一些细节问题,并根据当前现状,提出了构建工程项目物资精益物流管理的措施,以使其更好的实施,最终达到节约成本提高企业经济效益的目的。This paper explains the concept and characteristic of lean logistics, analyses some details about implemented lean logistics in engineering project material management. In order to enable its better implementation, and achieve the goal of saving the cost and raising enterprise＇s economic benefits, the paper also proposes some measures of constructing lean logistics in construction engineering project according to the current present situation.
