多层螺旋CT平扫在急腹症中应用

摘　　要：目的探讨无肠道准备情况下行腹部CT平扫对急腹症的诊断价值。方法回顾分析我院2008年1至6月急诊腹部CT平扫并经临床诊治证实病例71人,所有患者均为非创伤性病例,无肠道准备。结果CT平扫初诊与临床诊治相符63例,其中真阳性39例,真阴性24例。余8例为假阳性3例,假阴性5例。敏感性88.6%(39/39+5),特异性88.9%(24/24+3),准确率88.7%(63/71)。结论多层螺旋CT平扫因快速、简便的检查方法,以及较高敏感性、特异性和准确性,对急腹症的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the value ofnonenhanced MSCT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen without enteric preparative. Methods Nonenhanced MSCT scanning were conducted in 71 patients with acute abdomen. All patients were nontraumatic and without entric preparative.MSCT primary diagnosis was compared with pathological and clinically results. Results CT showed 39 true positive,24 true negative,3 false positive, 5 false negative, which yielded a sensitivity of 88.6%（39/39＋5）, a specificity of 88.9%（34/24＋3） and an accuracy of 88.7%（63/71）. Conclusion Nonenhanced MSCT is a rapid simple imaging technique with higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. It is favourable to diagnose or differentially diagnose acute abdomen.
