摘 要:为了提高薄壁容器抗压能力,保证薄壁容器的安全运行,提出了一种压力与表面温度的非侵入式测量方法.基于Rayleigh波传播速度与传播介质的应力、温度有关这一原理,通过理论推导和实验研究,建立了Rayleigh波传播时间与容器表面温度、容器压力之间的实用模型.基于这一模型,通过测量Rayleigh波沿容器壁面轴向和切向固定距离上的传播时间可以同时测量容器的表面温度和内部压力.实验结果表明,这种表面温度测量方法响应速度快,且对被测表面温度场影响小;测量压力时不需要在容器上开孔,实现了无损测量,提高了压力容器的安全性.In order to improve the anti-pressure performance of thin-walled vessels and ensure working safely, a nondestructive measurement method of pressure and surface temperature was presented. Based on the theory that the propagation velocity of Rayleigh wave has relationship with the stress and temperature of the media in which the Rayleigh wave is propagating, a practical correlation model among the Rayleigh wave propagation time and the surface temperature and the vessel pressure was developed through theoretical analysis and experimental study. Using this model, the surface temperature and the vessel pressure could be measured simultaneously via detecting the propagation time of Rayleigh wave in axial and circumferential direction. Experimental results show that the surface temperature measurement method has a rapid response speed and it also has little influence on the surface temperature field of the vessel. Moreover, there is no need to drill a hole in the wall of the vessel, so it provides the feasibility to a new nondestructive measurement method and the safety of pressure vessels may be improved.
