摘　　要：介绍了管道生产管理系统的项目背景、建设过程以及系统的主要业务功能。阐述了管道生产管理系统运行维护管理体系的总体架构,并详细论述了在运行维护组织管理、运行维护工作分类、运行维护管理流程的整理、运行维护管理理念、操作手册及技术标准的整理、运行维护平台的建设、运行维护流程等方面所做的工作。The background and construction of the project,and the main business functions of the pipeline management system were introduced. The general structure of the operation and maintenance system were proposed. The organization management,classification of daily work,management philosophy,arrangement of workflow,sorting out operational manuals and technical standards,and establishment of the platform were described in detail.
