摘　　要：目的观察刺五加注射液(AS)对脑出血(ICH)大鼠血肿周围组织含水量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响,探讨AS治疗ICH机制,为AS临床应用提供实验依据。方法定量胶原酶注入大鼠尾状核建立大鼠ICH模型。126只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(6只)、假手术组(30只)、模型组(30只)和AS治疗组(60只)。治疗组又分为AS大剂量组(30只)和AS小剂量组(30只),分别采用AS干预。假手术组、模型组和AS治疗组分别于术后不同时间点处死大鼠,检测脑匀浆中SOD活性、MDA水平和脑组织含水量。结果AS治疗组于1d、3d、7d时SOD活性明显高于模型组(P<0.01);AS治疗组于12h、1d、3d、7d时MDA水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组于12h、1d、3d、7d脑组织含水量明低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论AS干预可降低ICH大鼠脑组织中MDA含量,提高SOD活性,减少自由基产生,减轻脑水肿。可能是AS发挥脑保护作用、治疗ICH的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of acanthopanax senticosus （AS） on brain water content,superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and malondialdehyde （MDA） content in brain tissue after intracerebral hemorrhage（ICH） in rats. Methods One hundred and twenty-six healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：Normal control group（n=6）, sham operation group （n = 30） ,ICH model group（n=30）,low- dose AS group（n=30） and high-dose AS group（n：30）. ICH models were established by injecting type VII collagenase into the caudate nucleus. The volume of SOD and MDA in brain tissue homogeneous plasma and the water content were detected at 6 h, 12 h, 1 d,3 d, 7 d. Results Compared with model group, SOD activity in AS group were obviously increased at 1 d,3 d and 7 d （P〈0.01） and levels of MDA were decreased in brain at 12 h,1 d,3 d and 7 d （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The brain water content in perihematoma in AS groups was obviously decreased compared with that in model group at 12 h, 1 d, 3 d and 7d（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus could increase SOD activity and decrease MDA level in ICH rats. AS had protective effect on brain by decreasing the production of free radical and lessening hydrocephalus.
