摘 要:制备不同碱化度(B)和不同Al/Si摩尔比的系列聚硅氯化铝(PASC)作为混凝剂,实验考察了B、Al/Si摩尔比及pH值对除油效果的影响,并考察了PASC去除COD的效果。结果表明,B对PASC混凝除油效果影响较大,随B值增大,除油效果提高;Al/Si摩尔比对PASC混凝除油效果影响较小;在较宽的pH范围内PASC都可获得良好的混凝除油效果;PASC混凝去除COD的效果也很好,当PASC药剂投加量为2.0mg/L时,COD去除率可达84%以上。A series of polyaluminum silicate chloride (PASC) with different basicity (B) and Al/Si molar ratio were prepared. The effects of B, Al/Si molar ratio and pH value on deoiling efficiency of PASC from oil refinery effluent have been studied, and COD removal efficiency as well. The result showed that B has a great effect on deoiling efficiency of PASC, with increase of B value, the deoiling efficiency of PASC increase. Al/Si molar ratio affected the deoiling effect to a small extend. PASC could give good deoiling result in wide range of pH value, and could also achieve good COD removal efficiency, more than 84%.
