眼生素局部治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的实验研究及临床应用

摘  要:目的探讨眼生素局部治疗RAU的作用机制,同时评价眼生素局部治疗RAU的实用性和有效性。方法用眼生素局部治疗32只家兔口腔粘膜人工溃疡并按照实验设计作组织病理学研究,并以地塞米松作为对照药;同时以8只家兔口腔粘膜人工溃疡自然愈合的组织病理学研究作为空白对照。临床上用眼生素局部治疗68例RAU病人的溃疡作为实验组,用常用药物地塞米松局部治疗40例RAU病人的溃疡作为对照组。结果局部使用眼生素治疗兔口腔粘膜人工溃疡,其促进溃疡临床愈合状况和组织病理学愈合状况与局部使用地塞米松治疗兔人工溃疡的效果极为相似;临床治疗RAU,实验组取得94.2%的总有效率,对照组取得95%的总有效率,经卡方检验,二者之间无显著性差异存在(P>0.05)。结论本研究结果表明,无论是动物实验还是局部临床应用,眼生素与地塞米松一样,均能缩短口腔溃疡的自然愈合病程,疗效较好;且副作用甚小、药物价廉、易得。眼生素是一种可推广应用的治疗RAU的新生物制剂。Objective To study the mechanism of ocustilla in the local treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcera ( RAU) and to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness. Methods Ocustilla was applied in the local treatment of 32 rabbits with artificial oral ulcers and a histopathological study was made according to the design of the experiment, dexamethasone was taken as the control drug; the histopatbological study of 8 rabbits with natural healing from artificial oral ulcers was made as blank control; in clinic, 68 eases, as the experimental group, were treated with ocustilla locally while 40 cases, as the control,were treated with dexamethasone. Result The effect of local treatment with ocustilla was similar to that with dexamethasone in healing state in clinic and in histopathological study; in clinical treatment,the total effective rate of experiment group was 94. 2% while that of the control was 95 %, and chi - square test showed no obvious difference between the 2 groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Animal experiment and clinical local application both suggest that ocustilla is similar to dexamethasone in shortening the natural healing course of oral ulcers with good curative effect,and it is of less side -effect,low price and is worthy of wide application.
