摘　　要：知识产权制度对科技进步具有重要的促进作用。江苏省已制定的知识产权制度虽然对本省的科技进步起到了很重要的促进作用,但仍存在某些缺陷,本文探讨江苏促进科技进步的知识产权制度存在的问题,并对其完善提出意见和设计。Intellectual property system can play an important role in science and technology progress. Although the intellectual property system in Jiangsu Provience has play an important role in its science and technology progress, it has still some incompletenesses. This paper plobes into the problems in the science and technology progress of intellectual property system in Jiangsu Provience and puts forward some opinions for it.
