摘　　要：随着经济全球化的进一步加深,金融危机向实体经济蔓延,企业生存环境面临空前压力,市场对会计人才的素质要求正在发生着深刻的变化,会计人才就业形势异常严峻,传统的会计教育受到了极大的冲击。会计本科教育是会计人才培养的核心,如何厘定办学定位,明确培养目标,优化课程结构,突出应用能力,提升创新能力,培养适销对路的会计人才,是会计人才的根本出路,也是会计专业生存与发展的关键。With economic globalization further deepening, financial crisis to entity economy spread, enterprise living environment faced with unprecedented pressure, the market talented person＇s quality request is having the deep transformation to accountant, accountant the talented person gets employed the situation to be exceptionally stem, traditional accountant educated has been under the enormous impact. Accountant the undergraduate course educates is accountant the personnel training core, how from the renewal education idea, to be clear about the raise goal, optimized curriculum structure, prominent application ability, promotion innovation ability, trains accountant who is suitable for sale the talented person, the raise is suitable for sale accountant the talented person, is accountant talented person＇s basic outlet, is also the accounting profession survival and the development key.
