摘　　要：按照《中国生态住宅技术评估手册》(第4版)确立的评价指标体系,分别对苏州、吴江、平望三个住宅小区的规划设计阶段和验收与运营管理阶段进行了生态化评价,发现存在可再生能源利用率低等问题,并指出这些问题制约了苏州地区住宅小区生态化水平的进一步提高.EPAS are used to evaluate the environmental function of the planning, acceptance and operation stages of three residence districts in Suzhou, Wujiang and Pingwang, with the findings of problems like low efficiency in using renewable energy. It is pointed out that these problems have actually restricted the further improvement of the ecological level of the residence districts in this area.
