苏云金杆菌液体剂型的研制

摘　　要：用凯松ＣＧ和尼泊金甲酯作复合防腐剂，吐温－２０作湿润展着剂，木质素磺酸钠和山梨醇作紫外光防护剂，人工甜味剂作昆虫食欲促进剂，油酸作杀虫增效剂，研制出了高效、稳定的苏云金杆菌液体剂型。在一年的正常存放试验中，液剂效价保持率８９％。加速降解试验表明，４５℃条件存放２５ｄ，液剂效价保持率为７３％。在紫外光照射下，当新研制的剂型效价保持率为９０．２％时，对照保持率仅为３６．６％。A highly effective and stable insecticidal composition comprised an effective amount of Bacillus thuringiensis and an adjuvant formulation,which was prepared using Kathon CG and methyl p-hydroxybenoate as preservatives, Tween-20 as the wetting agent, sodium lignosulfate and sorbitol as UV absorbents, artificial sweeters as phagostimulants, linolic acid as the insecticidal enhancer. After one year's storage at room temperature, the percent original activity remaining (POAR) of the composition was 89%. After the developed formulation was stored at 45℃for 25 days, the POAR was 73%. The POAR of the coated film of the insecticidal composition with UV absorbent on glass irradiated with a UV lamp for 5h was 90.2%, but that of the control was only 36.6%.
