降防保心胶囊对原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:研究降防保心胶囊对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的调节作用。方法:65例高血压并伴有IR的患者分为中药干预组(33例)和对照组(32例),分别给予添加降防保心胶囊和标准治疗进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数及血脂浓度的变化。结果:中药干预组治疗后的血压、胰岛素、ISI和TC、LDL-C水平均比治疗前显著降低(分别为P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05);治疗后中药干预组的ISI和LDL-C水平比对照组显著降低(皆为P<0.05)。结论:降防保心胶囊对高血压患者的IR具有改善和调节作用,同时也能在一定程度上调节高血压患者的脂代谢状况。Objective： To research the effect of JiangFang BaoXin capsule to Insulin resistance （IR） of essential hypertension patients. Methods： 65 essential hypertention patients with IR were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group （32 cases） and herb intervention group （33 cases）, which were treated with standard therapy and additional Jiang Fang Bao Xin capsule respectively. The changes of levels of blood pressure, Glucose, ISI and lipid level from peripheral blood of the two group patients were compared. Results： Blood pressure, Insulin, ISI, TC and LDL-C of herb intervention group were all significantly decreased through treatment （P〈0.01, P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.05 and P〈0.05, respectively）; ISI and LDL-C level of herb intervention group were both significantly lower than that of control group （both P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： JiangFang BaoXin capsule could release and regulate IR of essential hypertension patients. It also has regulation effect on lipid metabolism of essential hypertension patients.
