高校教学与科研失衡原因探析

摘  要:随着经济全球化的发展,科技在社会和经济发展中所起的作用日益明显。教学与科研是高校的两个基本职能,但目前大部分高校普遍存在着重科研、轻教学的现象。在科技竞争日益国际化的时代,如何处理教学与科研之间的关系一直是高校教育界争论的焦点。基于中观角度,用燕山大学文法学院2005-2007年师资结构的变化与论文数量为样本,分析了高校教学与科研的关系,得出的结论是社会及学校实行的职称评定制度是高校产生教学与科研失衡的主要原因之一。According to the development of global economy, science and technology play evident role in social and economical development. Teaching and scientific research are two fundamental functions of university, there is still a phenomenon of paying great attention to scientific research but neglecting teaching. At the times of international science and technology competition, how to deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research becomes the argument focus of university education. Taking the change of teachers structure and quantity of paper in 2005 - 2007 of Literature and Law School of Yanshan University as a sample, this paper makes an analysis to the relationship between teaching and scientific research of university, concluding that tide evaluation system carried out by university and the society is on of the mainnubalance reasons for university teaching and scientific research.
