摘 要:于盆栽条件下研究了丛枝菌根(AM)真菌:Glomus mosseae、Glomus versiforme及其群落(G.mosseae、Gversiforme和Glomus intraradiees)对观叶植物彩叶草(Coleusblumei)耐寒性的影响。结果表明,在15—5℃低温范围内,接种AM真菌处理能显著提高彩叶草叶片中SOD活性、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量;降低叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性,其中以AM真菌群落接种的效果最佳。认为AM真菌能提高彩叶草的耐寒性。Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Glomus mosseae, Glomus versiforme, and their community(G. mosseae, G. versiforme and Glomus intraradices) on cold tolerance of ornamental plant Coleus blumei were investigated under pot conditions. The result showed that the AM fungal inoculation could significantly increase leaf SOD activities, contents of soluble sugar and proteins, while decrease MDA content and cell membrane permeability of Coleus blumei seedling leaves. The AM fungal community treatment showed the superior beneficial effects. It was suggested that the cold tolerance of Coleus blumei seedlings be increased with the AM fungal inoculation.
