摘 要:通过铁浴式熔融还原炉的水模型,实验研究了底吹流量、顶枪流量和顶枪枪位对终还原炉熔池内混匀时间的影响.单底吹实验结果表明,熔池内的混匀时间随着底吹流量的增大呈现减小趋势,通道2和3所处的位置为熔池的不活跃区域,b位置处的混匀时间最长,随着底吹流量的增大,b位置处通道1的混匀时间减小,而通道2和3的混匀时间都增大.顶底复吹实验结果表明,熔池内各测点位置处的混匀时间随着底吹流量的增大而减小,随着顶枪流量的增大大部分都减小,而随着顶枪枪位的提高而减小,这些实验数据和现象为水油实验提供了很重要的数据依据.The effects of bottom blowing flow rate,top blowing flow rate and top lance level on mixed time in bath were studied with water modeling of smelting reduction furnace(SRF).The test of the single lance at bottom showed that the mixing time in bath reduced with the increase of both flow rates.The positions of channel 2 and 3 were not activity places.The mixing time of channel 1 in b position decreased and the mixing time of channel 2 and 3 increased with increasing the bottom flow rate.For the test under the combined blown conditions,the mixing time decreased with increasing the bottom flow rate and top rate,and reduced with increasing the lance level.The data are very important for the oil-water experiment.
