摘　　要：目的探索人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折病人的外科技术问题。方法对1996年～2006年采用人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折156例进行分析讨论。结果 130例病人经1～11年随访(平均5.6年),优良率为91.26%.结论要严格掌握股骨颈骨折病人人工股骨头置换的手术适应证,早期功能锻炼有助于功能恢复,髋臼的磨损可能和假体选择不当有关。Objective To study the surgical technique of substitution by artificial femur for femoral neck fractures. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of femoral neck fractures which were operated by artificial femur were analyzed. Results One hundred and three patients were followed up from 1 to 11 years, an average of 5.6 years. The fine rate was 91.26%. Conclusion The indications of femoral head replacement for femoral neck fractures should be strict. Early functional exercises are helpful to function restoring of the joint. The acetabular erosion is possibly due to unsuitable prostheses selection.
