摘 要:纳米比亚位于干旱半干旱地区。境内气候干燥少雨,水资源贫乏。而边界河流水资源较为丰富,北部有库内内河、奥卡万戈河,南部有奥兰治河。由边界河流调水是减缓供需矛盾的唯一途径。中北部地区已建有从库内内河引水的供水系统,供需分析表明,只要尽快实现卡卢埃凯泵站有坝引水,库内内河的水资源能满足中北部地区的供水需求。Namibia is situated in an arid and semi arid area,with dry climate,less rainfall and poor water resources.But there are rich water resources in the boundary rivers,the kunene River and the Okavango River on the north,the Orange River on the South.Transfering water from these rivers is the unique way to alleviate water supply Contradition.A water supply system from the Kunene River in the central northern area has already been built up,and analysis of water demand and water supply in the area shows that so long as Calueque Dam is completed,the water resources in the Kunene River can meet the water demand of the area.
