摘　　要：目的:探讨马齿苋水煎剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法:一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素并给予高脂高糖不规则饮食喂养8周制备糖尿病胃轻瘫模型;分别予马齿苋水煎剂大、中、小剂量干预,并设吗丁啉对照组。给药8周,检测血清HbA1C、血浆MTL含量。结果:马齿苋水煎剂能降低糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠血清HbA1C、血浆MTL的含量,且有剂量依存性。结论:马齿苋水煎剂具有治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃动力减慢的作用。Objective： To study the effects of portulaca oleracea decoction on glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAI c）, motilin （MTL） in rats of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods： The rats were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin for one time and high-fat and high-sugar diet irregularly for 8 weeks to establish diabetic gastroparesis model. The models were given large, medium and small dose of portulaca oleracea decoction respectively. Besides, the motilium control group was also enrolled in the study. After 8 weeks of drug administration, the content of serum HbA1 C and plasma MTL were detected. Result： Portulaca oleracea decoction could reduce HbA1C and plasma MTL content in diabetic gastroparesis rats in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： Portulaca oleracea decoction has effects of prompting gastric dynamics in rats of diabetic gastreparesis.
