中西医结合治疗老年人下尿路感染46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察八正合剂联合抗生素治疗老年下尿路感染的疗效。方法92例随机分为对照组和治疗组，各46例。对照组给予头孢呋辛治疗，治疗组给予头孢呋辛联合八正合剂治疗。2wk为1个疗程，比较两组间治疗效果。结果治疗组痊愈率67。4％，总有效率93．4％，均显著高于对照组痊愈率43．5％，总有效率73．9％，两组相比，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组症状、体征消失时间及尿常规检查恢复正常时间均明显优于对照组，差异有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗老年下尿路感染的疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the effect of BAZHENG MIXTURE combined with medium west in treating lower urinary infection in Elderly. Methods 92 patients were divided randomly into two groups ： treatment group in which 46 cases were treated with ＂BAZHENG MIXTURE＂ combined with cefuroxime, and the other 46 cases treated with cefuroxime only as the controls. They were treated for two weeks. The clinical data and outcome were analyzed. Results The cure rate was 67.3% in treatment group and 43.5% in controls. The effective rate in total was 93.4% in treatments and 73.9%in controls （P〈0.05）. The time of symptoms and signs disappearing and urine routine examination return to normal in treatment group is less than controls and showed the significant difference from the controls P〈0.05. Conclusions The BAZHENG MIXTURE combined with medium west in treating lower urinary infection in Elderly is more effectively.
