摘　　要：阐述了基于性能的桥梁反恐设计的基本思想与基本内容,包括反恐设防水准和桥梁抵抗恐怖袭击性能之间的关系,桥梁反恐性能等级划分以及反恐性能目标.对桥梁提出了多层防御的概念,提出一种包括三大设计阶段、六大设计过程的桥梁反恐设计总体框架.Basic thought and contents of performance-based antiterrorism design for bridges are discussed,including the relationship between the antiterrorism fortification level and antiterrorism performance of bridges,the determination of antiterrorism performance grades for bridges and the objective of antiterrorism performance.The concept of the multi-layered defense is proposed.This paper presents a general framework of bridges antiterrorism design comprising three design phases and six design processes.
