摘  要:在确定钢基表层复合材料组分的基础上,通过磨损试验得到了不同配方表层复合材料的磨损量.采用正交试验法优化了配方,确定的最佳组分为:SiC粒度约80μm,体积分数40%;Cr粉粒度60μm,体积分数约1.5%;聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒余量.分析了各组分对复合层磨损性能的影响,结果表明:Cr粉的加入可使试样的耐磨性显著提高;SiC的含量及粒度对试样的耐磨性均有较大影响.表层显微组织分析表明,利用优化配方得到的表层复合材料的组织对复合材料整体性能的提高非常有利.By determining the components of steel-based surface composites, the wear resistance of the composites with different formulas was obtained by wear test. The formulas were optimized by orthogonal test, and the optimum components were obtained, about 40 % (volume fraction) of SiC particles in 80μm dimension, about 1.5% (volume fraction) of Cr powder in 60μm dimension, and EPS particles as the remainder. The analysis indicates that the wear resistance of the steel-based surface composites can be obviously improved by Cr powder, and significantly influenced by SiC content and granularity. Investigation to the microstructure of the surface layer shows that the wear resistance of the steel-based surface composite can be significantly improved with the formula.
