22味中草药对3种奶牛乳腺炎病原菌的体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：为研制治疗奶牛乳房炎的方剂采用平板挖洞灌药法,选择连翘、黄柏、蒲公英草等22味中草药对奶牛乳腺炎3种主要致病菌进行了体外抑菌试验,并进一步测定了所筛选的4味中药的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。试验结果表明,黄芩、桉叶、蒲公英、丹参4味中药对奶牛乳腺炎3种病原菌的综合效果较好。Three kinds of major pathogenic microorganisms that cause mastiffs of diary cows were selected and the in vitro antibio- sis effects of 22 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Eucalyptus leaves, Phelledendron, Dandelion etc were tested through the method of stiletto, and the 4 selected Chinese medicinal herbs were measured in MIC and MBC. The results indicated that the integrative antibiosis effects of Baical skullcap roots, Eucalyptus leaves, Dandelion and Danshen roots are much better than those of the other herbs which supplied the scientific evidence for filtering Chinese medicinal herbs to prevent and cure the mastitis.
