摘　　要：应用不同的供电可靠性风险分析方法,会影响供电企业可靠性管理的效果。从研究供电企业的可靠性生成机制出发,对可靠性进行流程分析,运用失效模式分析方法分析流程中关键输入的失效模式,讨论了失效模式对可靠性的影响及关键输入失效的潜在原因,并对风险系数高的潜在原因提出了相应的改善建议。以上海市南供电公司为例,验证了该方法的有效性。The different venture analysis methods of power supply reliability could affect the performance of the reliability management in the power supply enterprises. Starting from the formation mechanism of the reliability of the power supply enterprises, this paper conducts the flow analysis of the reliability, analyzes the failure mode of the key input in the flow analysis with the failure mode analysis method, discusses the failure mode＇s influence on the reliability and the potential causes of the key input failure, submits the corresponding improving suggestions aiming at the potential causes with the high venture coefficients. Through the real cases of the Shanghai Shinan Power Supply Company, this method is proven to be effective.
