甘草黄柏洗剂提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的研究甘草黄柏洗剂的提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以小檗碱的提取率为评价指标,分别对甘草黄柏合煎液及合并液进行测定。结果小檗碱含量在甘草黄柏合煎液与合并液之间存在明显差异。结论在制定甘草黄柏洗剂的提取工艺时,以黄柏与甘草分煎后再合并,有利于黄柏中小檗碱的充分利用。Aim To study the extracting process of Gancaohuangbai lotion.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of berberine both in the seperated and mixed decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Cefrtex phellodendri.Results The contents of berberine were obviously different in the seperated and mixed decoction of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Cefrtex phellodendri.Conclusion During the extracting process of the compatibility of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Cefrtex phellodendri,the way of seperated decoction is favorable to the extract of berberine.
