摘  要:SERCOS总线是目前用于无轴传动数据通信的主要国际标准,具有开放性、兼容性、实时性等优点,它采用光纤环型结构,是一种高速、高确定性的总线。无轴驱动报纸印刷机的无轴传动结构包含SERCOS主环路结构和SERCOS子环路结构两部分。SERCOS主环路实现同步控制过程分为初始化、SERCOS接口参数传送、MDC和过程参数传送、运行4个阶段,每个印刷单元都有它自己的运动控制器和SERCOS环,构成了SERCOS的子环路。采用SER-COS总线既能对运动的位置、速度、转矩进行控制,又能在很大程度上提高多轴联动运动系统的同步控制精度。因此,基于SERCOS现场总线的多轴运动控制系统不仅在报纸轮转印刷机上得到应用,还在凹版印刷机、柔版印刷机上得到广泛应用。SERCOS BUS is one important international standard about data communication in shaftless driving, has advantages on its openness, compatibility, and real-time. The fiber circle architecture is applied in this BUS standard, and ensures the high speed and stability of this kind of BUS. The shaftless drive structure of shaftless drive newspaper printer consists of the main loop of SERCOS and the sub loop of SERCOS. To realize the synchronizing controlling, the main loop procedure ineludes of initializing, interface parameters transmitting, MDC and procedure parameters transmitting, and operating. The sub loop consists of the motion controller and SERCOS loop in every printing unit. The application of SERCOS BUS can control the position, speed and torque of motion, and increase the synchronizing controlling precision of multi-shaft driving system. Thus, the multi-shaft driving system based on SERCOS BUS can be applied in not only rotary newspaper printer, but also gravure printer, and flexography printer.
