摘 要:以短炭纤维(Cf)为增强相,超细石墨(Gr)为填充组分,热固性酚醛树脂(PF)为基体,采用热模压法制备Cf-PF/Gr复合材料。使用万能材料试验机测定材料弯曲强度,利用扫描电子显微镜观察其断口形貌。研究了树脂、炭纤维含量及纤维空气氧化处理对Cf-PF/Gr复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着PF含量减少,复合材料弯曲强度降低,当PF含量小于20%时,材料力学性能明显变差;Cf含量增加,材料弯曲强度呈先增大后减少趋势,当纤维质量分数为4%时,材料弯曲强度达到极大值57MPa;炭纤维空气氧化处理能够明显改善纤维与基体的界面状态,提高复合材料弯曲强度。The short carbon fiber (Cf) reinforced phenolic resin (PF)/graphite (Gr) composites were fabricated by hot compression molding. The effects of PF resin, Cf contents and air oxidation treatment on mechanical properties were studied with omnipotence test equipment, and the fracture morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the bending strength of composites decreases with the decreasing of PF resin content. It was found that compression molded laminates were fragile when PF resin concentration was lower than 20 wt%. As the Cf content increases, the bending strength increases up to 57 MPa for 4 wt% Cf, and then displays a decrease trend at 6 wt% Cf. The scanning electron microscopy photograph of the fracture surface reveals that there is interface bonding between air oxidation treating Cf and PF resin.
