转型背景下通信院校计算机教学改革探讨

摘　　要：文章以电信企业转型为背景,分析了企业在转型过程中面临的困境及其需要大量高素质的信息技术人才来支撑的现实,并从课程和专业设置、优化教学内容、丰富教学手段、加强教学与实践的互动等方面对计算机教学改革进行了深入探讨。通信院校的计算机教学要顺应企业需求,从培养转型人才入手,积极拓展和创新教学思路,为企业培养出适应转型要求的复合型信息技术人才,开拓计算机教学新局面。Under the background of telecommunications enterprise＇s transition, this paper analyzes the difficulties the enterprise faces and the needs of a great number of high-calibre IT talents to support the enterprise. It expounds the computer teaching reform from such aspects as course and specialty setup, teaching contents optimization, enrichment of the teaching methods and improvement of the interaction of teaching and practice. The computer teaching of the communications colleges should meet the demands of the enterprise, train the transition talents, actively exploit and innovate teaching thought so as to train the inter-disciplinary IT talents for the enterprise and create a new situation for the computer teaching.
