腰腿痛散外敷治疗慢性腰腿痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腰腿痛散外敷治疗慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性腰腿痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各50例),分别给予在患处外敷腰腿痛散和口服腰痛宁胶囊,共治疗15天。观察两组腰腿疼痛、功能障碍和总体疗效。结果两组治疗后腰腿疼痛和功能障碍积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的降低优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的84%(P<0.05)。结论腰腿痛散外敷治疗慢性腰腿疼痛疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yaotuitong Powder＂ in the treatment of chronic loin and leg pain. Methods 100 subjects were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by external application of ＂Yaotuitnng Powder＂ and control group in which another 50 cases were treated with ＂Yaotongning Capsule＇ , with a course of 15 days. The scorces of loin and leg pain and motion function, and total effects were observed. Results After treatments, the scorces of loin and leg pain and motion function were obviously reduced in both groups（ P 〈0.05 ）, with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group, higher than 84% in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yaotuitong Powder＂ is quite effective for chronic loin and leg pain.
