《理瀹骈文》S针药结合思想浅析

摘　　要：《理瀹骈文》是中医古籍中一部极具特色的外治法专著。本文从针药二理殊途同归,针药功效相通,穴药配合,针药并用的临床运用等方面对针药结合的思想进行了阐述和分析,认为其主张的学术思想对于现代针药结合的科学研究和临床应用具有极大的指导意义。Li Yue Pian Wen is a distinct external treatment monograph in ancient Chinese medicine, which mentions some thoughts and approaches of combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. This article explains and analyses Wu Shiji＇ s thoughts in terms of acupuncture and Chinese herbs. It is argued that his academic thoughts has an enormous guiding significance for scientific research and clinical application of contemporary combination of acupuncture and herbs.
