摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对张家界少数民族传统体育现状进行调查与分析,提出开发和挖掘张家界少数民族传统体育的必要性,并积极探索和寻找张家界少数传统民族体育发展的思路与对策.This paper conducts a study on the status of traditional sports of minorities in Zhangjiajie based on question literature review and statistics. Then the paper points out the necessity of sports development of minorities in this area and puts forward some strategies to meet this end.
