山东地区药用牛蒡子的质量评价

摘　　要：目的对山东地区商品牛蒡子的质量状况进行分析。方法按照《中国药典》2005年版牛蒡子项下方法对性状、显微、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行检测。结果发现二批牛蒡子伪品大鳍蓟,比较牛蒡子生品与炮制品炒牛蒡子中牛蒡苷的含量。结论建议增加炒牛蒡子的含量测定等质控项目,严格控制牛蒡子药材质量,保证用药安全。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Fructus Arctii in Shandong Province. METHODS To test descrip- tion,identification, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and the content of arctinin according to the criterion for Fructus Arctii in China Pharmacopoeia Vol I 2005. RESULTS Fructus of Onopordon acanthium was found as counterfeit drug in two batches of Fruc- tus Arctii and the content of arctinin was compared between Fructus Arctii and Parched Fructus Arcti. CONCLUSION More proceedings such as the content of arctinin should be added in the criterion for Parched Fructus Arctii to control the quality of Fructus Arctii in order to guarantee body security.
