过氧化氢复方消毒剂杀菌影响因素及其他性能的实验观察

摘　　要：经检测，过氧化氢复方消毒剂的杀菌效果，随其浓度增大、作用时间延长、温度升高而加强，有机物影响较小，溶液ｐＨ值无明显影响。该消毒剂对布表面细菌杀灭效果较好，对玻璃、塑料表面者略差。其原液贮存于室温下９个月，过氧化氢浓度下降８７７％。该消毒液对棉布、金属损坏作用较小，对皮肤无刺激，属无毒类。he germicidal influencing factors, corrosiveness and toxicity of compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide were observed experimentallyThe results indicated that the germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant increased with increasing concentration, exposure time and temperature Organic substance only caused decrease in efficacy of the disinfectant at low concentration, while pH value of the solution had no obvious influence This disinfectant had good efficacy in killing bacteria on surface of cloth, while its efficacy in killing bacteria on surface of glass or plastics was slightly lower The concentration of hydrogen peroxde in its stock solution decreased by 877% after storing at 15～25℃ for 9 months Immersion of pure cotton cloth in its 2% solution for 20 times of 2 hr each did not influence significantly the rupture strength of both warp and woof of cloth Its 1∶5 diluted solution was non-corrosive to carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel, and was essentially non-corrosive to brass Its oral LD50in mice was >50 kg/kg It is inirritative to skin
