碘伏用于术前手消毒效果的检测

摘　　要：肥皂自来水洗手或兼用皂冻刷手后，用碘伏溶液浸湿的纱布擦拭消毒，兼用皂冻刷手组的效果优于不用皂冻刷手组。所用碘伏溶液含１５１０ｍｇ／Ｌ者的效果优于６６７ｍｇ／Ｌ者。纱布若含淀粉，所吸收的碘伏溶液，有效碘有所损失。Gauze soaked with iodophor (PVP-I powder) solution was used for wiping disinfection after washing the hands with soap and tape water or with additional scrub of the hands with soap gel The efficacy of the group using additional scrub with soap gel was better than that of the group without soap gel scrub The efficacy of the group using iodophor solution containing 1510 mg/L available iodine was better than that of the group using the solution containing 667 mg/L available iodine If the gauze contained starch, there was loss of the available iodine in the iodophor solution absorbed by the gauze
