摘  要:采用水热晶化法制备Ag掺杂量不同的Ag/TiO2纳米复合抗菌材料.用XRD、SEM等手段表征Ag/TiO2复合材料的晶相和形貌.研究光源、Ag掺杂量、紫外光照时间、不同实验菌种等因素对Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料抗菌性能的影响.结果表明,通过不同水热温度制备出来的纳米Ag/TiO2复合材料中的TiO2都以锐钛矿晶型存在;在无光照的情况下,纳米Ag/TiO2复合材料有较强的抗菌性能,当n(Ti)∶n(Ag)=1∶0.2时,有最佳抗菌效果;长波紫外灯照射12 h后,由于Ag+被还原,复合材料总的抗菌性能有所下降.The antibacterial nanocomposite of TiO2 doped with different Ag content was prepared with hydrothermal crystallization treatment.Its phase structure and morphology were characterized by means of XRD,SEM.The effects of light source,Ag^+ inclusion ratio,UV illumination time,and difference in the species of tested bacteria on its antibacterial capability were investigated.The result showed that TiO2 in the product was of anatase phase in the composite prepared with various hydrothermal temperature.The nanocomposite doped with Ag exhibited stronger antibacterial capability under dark light condition, and there was optimal antibacterial effect when n(Ti) :n (Ag) was 1 : 0. 2. After illumination of long-wave UV for 12 hours, its antibacterial capability was decreased due to the reduction of silver.
