摘 要:针对现代企业中的"信息化孤岛"瓶颈严重制约企业发展的问题,研究企业信息化系统的关系网络和SCM/CRM/ERP与PLM的协同关系,构建信息化网络模型.利用XML的技术实现系统信息之间的转换,构建企业信息化系统的协同模型.建立以PLM系统为平台的产品全生命周期与企业信息化的协同运作框架.利用过程建模方法将各信息化系统协同于同一个信息平台,实现制造企业的信息共享,为企业信息化协同提供可借鉴的模式.Aimed at the problem of "information island" as a bottleneck in modern enterprises which has seriously been restricted from their development due to this problem,the collaborative relationship between the information system of the enterprises and SCM/CRM/ERP as well as PLM was investigated and an information network model was constructed.The information transformation among the systems was implemented with XML technique and a collaborative information model of enterprise information system was set up.A collaborative operational framework of product full-lifecycle and enterprise information wasestablished, where the PLM system was taken as a platform. Process modelling method was employed to unite collaboratively all information systems onto an identical information platform so that the information sharing among manufacturing enterprises was successfully realized and a referable mode was provided for information collaboration among the enterprises.
