摘　　要：本文介绍了脂质体的结构、制备和作用特点以及一种新型的经皮给药载体一传递体，比较了传递体与脂质体的优缺点，并对传递体制备、性质进行了综述，提出了对传递体的展望。This paper first gives a brief introduction on the structure, the preparation and role characteristics of the liposome. And then it introduces a new transdermal medicine vector-transfersomes, has compared the advantages and disadvantages of the transfersomes and liposomes, and gives a summary on the preparation and the nature of the transfersomes. In the end , this paper shows an outlook of the transfersomes.
